All Donations made are voluntary and non-refundable contributions towards the Foundation’s charitable objectives and are subject to the Foundation’s applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

The Foundation reserves the right to utilise donated funds towards its charitable activities and objectives as specified in its Memorandum of Association and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Where applicable, donations received from foreign sources shall be handled in accordance with the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (“FCRA”) and other applicable legal requirements.

4. Payments

Donations are processed securely by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a third-party payment service provider. By donating, you agree to Razorpay's terms and privacy policy. We do not collect, store, or have access to your card, UPI, or bank account credentials, which are handled solely by Razorpay.

5. User Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Upload, submit, transmit, or otherwise make available any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, misleading, fraudulent, or infringing material through the Website;
• Attempt to obtain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers, systems, databases, or any related infrastructure;
• Introduce or transmit viruses, malware, malicious code, or other harmful material;
• Use automated systems, bots, crawlers, scrapers, or similar technologies to access, monitor, copy, or extract information from the Website without the Foundation’s prior written permission;
